Due to the copyright nature of architectural drawings, we have a strict return policy regarding digital and printed plans.

Return Process

  Review Policy

  Ensure your request is made within 14 days and the physical plans remain unopened and unmarked.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Pack printed blueprints in their original protective tube to prevent creasing during transit.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once inspected, a refund minus a 20% restocking fee will be issued to your original payment method.
